In 2002 we bought a new spec house from Erik Johnson which served us well for almost 25 years.
After we decided to build a new house, we started searching for a builder and met John Darling who previously partnered with Erik Johnson.

After meeting several times with John and his architect, we decided John was the right person to build our new house. This turned out to be a great decision. His designer Laurie was very helpful in choosing the kitchen, bath, lighting etc. as we went along.

Before going to contract, John gave us a detailed construction schedule that included an aggressive completion date. John’s optimism turned out to be accurate and nailed the closing date by a couple days. He was very upfront about the cost and there were no surprises at the end. We are very happy with our new home and would highly recommend John Darling to future homebuilders.
